Meet the Chef

After attending culinary school in France and working in renowned restaurants across Cannes and Saint-Tropez, Sam set out to broaden his horizons. 

At 18, he traveled to Thailand, immersing himself in Asian culinary techniques and discovering an entirely new world of flavors.

Ever since, he has been cooking and traveling, blending the essence of his Mediterranean roots with the diverse cuisines he’s encountered over the past two decades—French, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Mexican, and Creole, to name a few.

Sam’s love for food and travel naturally led him to catering retreats when he met his wife, a yoga and breathwork teacher. Together, they now host private events and retreats in their favorite destinations, with Mallorca as their home base.

Beyond retreats, Sam also caters private dinners, events, and vacations worldwide, bringing his signature fusion of global flavors to every table.
