Meet the Chef

After attending culinary school in France and working at several restaurants in Cannes and Saint Tropez, Sam decided to broaden his horizons.

He began traveling to Thailand at the age of 18, quickly learning techniques for many different Asian cuisines and exposing himself to a whole new world of culinary flavors.

Traveling and cheffing ever since, Sam’s cooking style is a blend of his childhood and his years of travel. He combines the flavors of his beloved Mediterranean roots with the many different cuisines he has immersed himself in over the span of the last two decades. French, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Mexican, and Creole to name just a few.

Sam’s passions of cooking and traveling naturally merged into catering retreats when he met his wife, a yoga and breathwork teacher, leading retreats around the world. Based in Mallorca, the two of them now collaborate together and offer private events and retreats in their favorite destinations.

In addition to retreats, Sam caters private dinners, events, and vacations around the world.
