BACKGROUND

With roots in Italy and the French island of La Réunion, Sam grew up between Northern Italy and the South of France, immersed in a rich tapestry of flavors and traditions.
From rolling out pasta with his Nonna to cooking Creole dishes in the islands, food has always been more than sustenance—it’s been a portal to memories, places, and stories. Simply put, eating has always been his favorite pastime.
Raised in a home where both parents loved to cook, it was only natural that Sam would find his own path in the culinary world—one that’s distinctly his own.
